1000cuci Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "1000cuci", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 1000cuci platform at 1000cuci.org, operated under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the 1000cuci website, mobile site, and all associated gaming services accessible at 1000cuci.org.
• "Member" or "you" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the 1000cuci Platform.
• "Services" means all products offered through the Platform, including sports betting, live casino, online slots, e-sports wagering, and any other gaming products made available by 1000cuci from time to time.
• "Account" means a registered member account held on the Platform.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the base currency for all transactions on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, or using any of the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 1000cuci with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

3. Eligibility

Use of the 1000cuci Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 1000cuci strictly prohibits use of the Platform by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are legally permitted under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction to access and use online gaming services. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local laws.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which the provision of online gaming services is illegal or requires a licence that 1000cuci does not hold.
• You are not acting under any self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by 1000cuci or any other gaming operator.

1000cuci reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close your Account pending verification. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be voided at 1000cuci's sole discretion.

4. Account Registration

To access the Services, you must register a single Account using accurate and complete information. You agree that:

• You will provide truthful registration details including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• You will maintain only one Account at any time. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 1000cuci will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You will notify 1000cuci immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
• Account sharing is prohibited. Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.

1000cuci reserves the right to carry out identity verification at any stage of the relationship, including before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable verification documents include a valid MyKad, Passport, or other government-issued identification.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply to financial transactions:

• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Accepted payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank online transfers. 1000cuci reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by 1000cuci's compliance team.
• 1000cuci does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• 1000cuci reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, before release of funds.
• Any funds deposited through fraudulent means, charge-backs, or in violation of these Terms may be confiscated and the relevant Account suspended.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 1000cuci Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product vertical, as published within the Platform. The following general rules apply across all verticals:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn after acceptance, except where explicitly permitted by the applicable game or sport rules.
• 1000cuci reserves the right to void bets in the event of technical errors, pricing errors, obvious mistakes, or where there is evidence of manipulation of the relevant event.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all products and may be adjusted by 1000cuci at any time without notice.
• 1000cuci's decision on the settlement of all bets is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

1000cuci may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion is subject to specific terms published alongside the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 1000cuci reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds where abuse, collusion, or circumvention of wagering requirements is suspected.
• Promotional offers are non-transferable and have no cash value unless their wagering requirements have been fully met.
• 1000cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1000cuci Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place bets, scrape data, or gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any arrangement with third parties to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software. Any such errors must be reported to 1000cuci immediately.
• Money laundering, fraud, or use of the Platform for any criminal or illegal purpose.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Accessing the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion or exclusion order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 1000cuci Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and data compilations, is the property of 1000cuci or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 1000cuci.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 1000cuci provides the Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• 1000cuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• 1000cuci shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond 1000cuci's reasonable control.
• 1000cuci's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to 1000cuci in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy

1000cuci collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 1000cuci implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

12. Responsible Gaming

1000cuci is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Members are encouraged to make use of the following tools available directly from their Account settings:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Session time reminders and reality checks
• Cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days)
• Permanent self-exclusion

13. Termination

1000cuci reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without notice, in the event of: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) failure to pass identity or age verification; (c) evidence of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; or (d) regulatory or legal obligations. Upon termination, any genuine funds balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any bonus funds or voided winnings) will be returned to you via the payment method on file, subject to verification requirements.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 1000cuci customer support.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 1000cuci holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through 1000cuci's internal dispute resolution process. Disputes should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. 1000cuci will endeavour to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

15. Amendments

1000cuci reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email or prominent notice on the Platform not less than 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

The version of these Terms currently in force is dated 1 January 2026.
